EAST provides free Wi-Fi and wired broadband Internet in the rooms and throughout the hotel. The service provider is PCCW, which provides 100Mb of upload/download bandwidth.
Should you have any other telecom needs, such as IDD calling or local SIM cards for your mobile phone, the major providers include SmarTone-Vodafone, CSL, 3, 1010, Peoples and New World.
All 7-Eleven outlets sell IDD and SIM cards.
